Regards du Grand Paris

‘Regards du Grand Paris’ is an annual invitation to photographers to produce artistic projects linked to the wider Paris territory. The French national centre for arts (Cnap, Centre national des arts plastiques) and Ateliers Médicis are the organisers of this project. As associated graphic designers of the latter, we worked on the communication of the invitation to the photographers. We are always delighted to work with professional visual material, and we want to give it the most pristine space. Accordingly, the title and texts never obscure the photos. Instead the information is presented in a coloured zone beside or under the photos. The title is composed of contrasting font styles; a grandiose hand-script font against a block shaped bold font. A combination in regard to some subjects framed by the laureates.
