Europe Kojève symposium took part in the European Parliament in Brussels on 7 and 8 June 2018. It brought together academics and researchers from Europe and the United States familiar with Kojève’s life and work, together with psychoanalysts and public officials at the political and administrative levels.

Europe Kojève symposium took part in the European Parliament in Brussels on 7 and 8 June 2018. It brought together academics and researchers from Europe and the United States familiar with Kojève’s life and work, together with psychoanalysts and public officials at the political and administrative levels. The symposium was organised by the passionate Antoine Cahen.
The graphic design of this project was deeply inspired by the highly regarded works and era of Alexander Kojève (1902-1968). The spiral logo comes from several diagrams he made and the strong flag colours from his passion to set up the European Union.
We are looking forward to more events about Kojève, such as other symposiums or an exhibition at the France National Library (BNF).
