This book was produced for the Belgian branch of SALTO-Youth associations. This EU-related organisation aims its activities around Support, Advance Learning, Training and Opportunities for European youth. The graphic design guidelines set out for several types of documentation are aimed mostly towards the young people who build these European projects. With that in mind we chose to be clear of course, but also strong and involving.

This milestone book is mostly made of texts from several specialised writers and researchers. These texts are grouped like chapters in 4 main steps to comprehend the subject. Also, more practical projects and explanations are described in the book and illustrate well the theoretical main texts. Rather than gathering these in one chapter set apart, they are printed on several separate sections and placed between each chapter. As these add-ons are printed on narrower pages, nevertheless unmistakable with their coloured paper, they close each chapter as well as open the following one, as tabs should do. This gives some handiness to the object, helping navigation and welcoming the reader. The Swiss style binding displays the spin of the different sections and its rhythm but also helps each page to stay wide open during its study.

The covers and chapter illustrations are inspired by the links between non-formal practices and structural organisation, both essential to become entrepreneurial.
