Festival communication & identity

FAME is a multidisciplinary performing arts festival that seeks to encourage the discovery of new imaginary worlds that are more inclusive and equal. This is achieved through the various artistic works and reflections of women and gender minorities. We were very proud to take part as graphic designers for this second edition.

Festival communication & identity
The festival's own references and ethos deeply inspired the visual communication. The themes are of inheritance (what is received consciously or unconsciously) and transmission (what is passed on and the result of that act).
The graphic design positioning uses photographic colour manipulation and bold typeface combinations. The strong outcome is warmed-up with soothing colour gradiants in contrasted juxtapositions, very much like the festival's own cutting edge curated content.
